minutes drive or five minutes walk away from Peebles High Street. There is
plenty of free on-street parking in this quiet residential neighbourhood.
Built from stone in 1878, Rosetta has been renovated to an exceptional
standard with a focus on providing every modern amenity but preserving all its
traditional features.
This colourful, sheltered, mature garden is beautiful at any time of year but
really comes into its own in Spring and Summer and is lovely to relax in on
warm evenings with a chilled glass of wine.
The lounge features a living flame gas fire, a
luxurious custom-made Italian leather sofa-bed, original shutters on the
windows and stripped wooden floors.
The main bedroom is bright, warm and cosy with traditional wooden
furniture (ample wardrobe space) and views onto the garden. The crisp, fresh bed linen is
provided at no extra cost.
Rosetta sleeps 2 people in the main double bedroom. 2 Extra people can also be
accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge.
The Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

The Showeroom
The showeroom boasts pristine surfaces, with a powerful double shower and plentiful
hot water. An abundant supply of fresh towels is also provided.
On arrival, you will find a small 'Welcome Pack', yours with our compliments.
This will include tea, coffee, milk, sugar, shortbread and a bottle of wine.
